Today's special drawing determined the winner among my subscribers of January.
On February 4th, it was the first ball of the German lottery numbers, the 10, which made one owner of caribbean-house-raffle happy.

The Christmas Gift action...

How to decide on all of my special draws in recent months again tomorrow, the German lottery numbers tells, who will win in my last intermediate contraction this year.
The checksums of the participating ticket numbers are:
9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18 and 20
The lottery number, which is the first on one of these checksums, determines the winner, or winners, because there are different lot numbers of participating in the same checksum and tomorrow there will be up to 3 prizes to win.
3 x "7 holiday coupons with 7 lucky 7 lots of Villa-Win-Chance" if more than one participating ticket numbers has the same winning check sum.
For all participants, I thank you again for your donations for the Christmas gifts to the poor children of Samana, which are passed on the day of the Holy 3 Kings.

Caribbean friends take note - holiday vouchers extended until December 2013
Good news for participants in my house raffle.
The connected Resorts have agreed to extend the accommodation vouchers.
All from December 2011 on acquired "holiday coupons with lucky ticket to win my Villa" are entitled to redeem the holiday vouchers until 1st of December 2013, full valid for 2 years - until more than 1 year after my house raffle.
"Holiday coupons with lucky ticket to win my Villa", which were buyed before December 2011 can be redeemed at any rate until December 2012. As tolerated, subject to an appropriate booking situation, also can be used for 1 year longer.
Well if that aren´t good news...
On this occasion I would like to remind you of my December-Action.
All entries that are purchased in December and for what are payed 50,- Euro instead of the normal 49,- Euro, participate in the Special Drawing partly on December 31th 2011,
at values of more than 1,000,- Euro are played out - like every time with the draw of the german Lotto-Numbers.
And do not forget, for each so donated Euro I donate the rest, so this donation for every one Euro one of the poor children of Samana receives a Christmas gift,

Innovation to the Caribbean-House-Raffle and call to donate
As will be appreciated from my messages and promotions I've been judged already for suggestions and wishes of my participants. Now I've made this into a binding commitment and such a point in the Terms of complement was added.
Our action "1 € for poor children" was launched on 26.11.2011 has been strangely not the desired result.
Since I can not imagine that it is for one euro, depending on the voluntary participation can be paid, I assume, this notice wasn´t readed from a lot of the new participants or not understood.
So here again my explanation:
Any participation, for which instead of the required 49,- € are payed 50,- € means afford a Christmas gift for poor children of Samana.
Of course I cann´t get a Christmas present for a child for only 1,- €. The rest I´ll pay for each individual gift. Your 1 € is purely mandatory for me to buy one more Christmas gift to make a marry Christmas for one more child.
The promotion runs until 30 December 2011, because here the children will get their gifts always at the day of the 3 Holy Kings.
Only 1 € for poor children - and more than 1,000 € to win in December!
At the end of the year I´ll raffle more than 1,000 € for a good cause and ask for active participation.

Holiday in a special class & win a big house with pool
Since only very few of my holiday vouchers were used, I would like to again draw attention to the advantages.
Samana is not comparable with the rest of the course, basically beautiful Dominican Republic. But the Samana Peninsula is a true little paradise, the region for some time among the 10 most beautiful in the world counts.
Crime there is in contrast to some other place in the Dominican Republic to Samana as good as any, especially not for tourists, and nowhere in the world there are more coconut palms per square mile as here.
Where else are there within a few miles more different dream-like beaches in the area of ??Las Galeras, one more beautiful than the other?
And shallow, even for small children geeignetten well up to the cliff top with easy opportunities for advancement, where cliff jumps of more than 10 meters are possible.

First the bad notice:
That my participation has not all been sold is generally known. Nevertheless, I wanted to meet with the help and support of the participating resorts this second drawing date, provided to them by the number of result would have been made there by the vacation vouchers bookings.
Unfortunately, it was connected with the holiday plants but so far only a vanishingly small number of holiday bookings in conjunction with my house raffle, so I could be assured there is no support in the form of a loss-sharing.

But according to my sales figures and the few previous postings I have to cancel tomorrow's draw with a heavy heart and move quickly to draw one last time.

This is the last shift of the draw date for this raffle.
To the next appointment, for which I have taken as a desired destination Easter coming in mind, the Caribbean-house raffle is completed successfully. The exact date and place of drawing, I'll still be known at this point.

First-draw every month special on March 05th 2011
With the contraction of the German lottery numbers tomorrow, Saturday will be the first winner of my new, on 21.02.2011 published promotions "Subscription" and "long stay & 7win" determined.
To draw the raffle tickets to take part in the February-action participants with the checksums 15, 16, 19, 20, 21, 22 and 23.
As the price was due to the short again another "long stay & 7win package" is selected for a leisurely holiday including 7 free lots for villa-profit. From the next draw on 02 April, it will then be changing, valuable prizes.
For example, in early April, a three-day break for "two" in one of the best hotels in Berlin with a value of 500, - €.
Unfortunately, my release came from the 21/02/2011 to the many special events with Zusatzausspielungen too late to give everyone the opportunity to participate, especially on the subscription campaign.

Rescheduling of the raffle date to October 30, 2011:
